The CSI, Holy Trinity Church, Anantapur foundation stone was laid out on 27.10.1957 by the Bishop & Moderator Most Rev. H. Sumitra. After 9 years Church members’ donations and hard work, the Church was dedicated by Rev. Harold J. Vande Berg on 11th December, 1966. After 26 years the Church congregation grown up and expanded the existing Church was renovated on 15.11.1992 and rededicated by then the Bishop Rt. Rev. L. V. Azariah Bishop in R.D. After 8 years the Church was renovated and extended and rededicated on 24.12.2000 by the Bishop Rt. Rev. CBM. Fredrick.
The Church was grown up tremendously and reached 1000 families. The then P.C and Church members unanimously decided to construct a big new Church and foundation stone was laid on 11.12.2016 by then the Bishop Rt. Rev. B.D. Prasada Rao and physical work was started on 11.02.2018. It took almost 4years to complete New Church construction and it was dedicated on 22.04.2022 by the Bishop Rt. Rev. Dr. P. Issac Vara Prasad. The Church congregation generously donated huge amounts for construction of the Church
